Energy transition planning & support
A just and ordered energy transition needs to balance sustainability, affordability and energy security. Global investment in clean energy has accelerated in the last 5 years and is now nearly double that in fossil fuels. However investment will need to accelerate still further in order to meet COP28 targets, in a challenging geo-political and macro-economic environment.

We apply our extensive technical and delivery experience from oil and gas projects to green energy infrastructure projects including CCUS and offshore wind. We support bankability and positive investment decisions through due diligence and de-risking. We provide technical and project management oversight and are skilled in decision making in complex and uncertain environments.

We embed decarbonisation into all aspects of design and delivery. Digital technologies can unlock step-changes in asset performance, for example reduced or minimum manning or more effective and efficient maintenance strategies. Other new and emerging approaches include a focus on delivering energy solutions that meet local or regional stakeholder needs.

Our integrated and holistic project risk reviews include considerations of climate risk, resilience and adaptation to provide a realistic and robust basis for decision making.
